Job Description:

Scranton Office- Responsible for managing the Bank’s Facilities Department in order to ensure the proper planning, maintenance, and efficiency of the Bank's various buildings, grounds, office service operations, maintenance and general equipment; works closely with management, vendors, contractors and government agencies regarding the placement, expansion renovation or closure of Bank facilities; prepares and reviews written proposals; assesses needs and recommends effective strategies performs cost estimate and space allocation analysis; negotiates pricing to optimize return on investment.  Implements strategies to achieve goals developed for the department as part of the division's annual operating plan; ensuring the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports.  The Facility Manager will be responsible for building operations, managing preventative maintenance, service and repairs for all buildings. Responsibilities will also include assuring systems’ maximum operational performance and the overall professional presentation of the building.
