Important Change to Fidelity's Online Banking System

Updates to Online Banking System on December 12, 2008

Dear Online Banking Customer:

In order to serve you better, our Online Banking system will be updated on December 12, 2008. There may be a slight disruption in service between 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. while we make these improvements.

Effective on this date, you will no longer be able to access Web Bill Pay through the current web address. Instead, you may access Web Bill Pay through Fidelity’s website in just a few simple steps.

Step 1:         Go to www.bankatfidelity.com to access your account. On the right side of the page, click inside the circle (radial button) to select “Personal”. Then, enter your Access I.D. as usual and click “Log In”.

Step 2:         Enter your password for Fidelity Online Banking. Once you log in, you will be taken to the new Online Banking area, with more features for your convenience.

Step 3:         Choose the checking or savings account that you’d like to pay your bill(s) from by clicking on the account number.

Step 4:         Click on the Web Bill Pay button on the top of the page and begin paying your bill(s)…it’s that easy! You no longer have to sign in a second time!

With these enhancements, you’ll now have access to more options including a simplified process of signing up for EZ Statements, new account summary pages that can be tailored to your specific needs and an options page that will provide you with a single location to change your personal information.
