The Human Resources team at Fidelity Bank is focused on continuing to make the organization the best bank for our bankers to work. We are searching for an HR Generalist to join us in delivering a great experience to our current workforce, and helping to find the right individuals to join us as we continue to grow. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting efforts, as well as share responsibility for payroll, and must be adept in knowledge of human resources law, performance management, policy and procedure, reporting and coaching and mentoring.
