Fidelity Bank is looking for a Human Resource Specialist to join our team on a full time basis. The HR Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties to assist the department and our bankers with HR needs. Included is administering various HR systems, including payroll and HRIS, administrative duties to support the workflow of the department, assisting with benefits, preparation and update of reports, maintaining records, working with candidates seeking employment, and interacting with bankers at all levels to serve their HR needs.
Organization and a focus on teamwork and serving our bankers are qualities necessary to excel in this position located in our Financial Center office in downtown Scranton.
A minimum of three (3) years' related experience is required. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge is required. Working with an HRMS and payroll system preferred.
