Fidelity Bank is currently looking for a full-time Customer Care Center Specialist to work in its Customer Care Center. In this role, it is your responsibility to deliver a customer experience that’s second-to-none. You will be the first contact for many of our customers, handling problem resolution, phone sales, digital sales, and general information. You will be asked to communicate via live phone conversation, internet chat, or other electronic means. Our clients rely on the expertise of our bankers to handle all of their financial needs, from consultative advice to account opening.
Position hours are 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. with rotating Saturday and Sunday hours.
