We are looking for a mortgage loan closer to coordinate mortgage closings for our clients. In this role, you will work with a mortgage banker and attorney to bring the dream of home ownership to the new home buyer. Duties include ensuring all conditions are cleared, preparing closing disclosures and necessary documents for the closing and reviewing construction stage payouts while interacting with the client. You will work with the team to collect the necessary documentation for moving construction mortgages to permanent financing and preparing any necessary modifications. Following the closing, you will prepare loan files for sale in the secondary market, conduct post closing reviews of the mortgage file and send files for booking. The mortgage loan closer is an integral part of our fast paced mortgage team to make home ownership a reality. Join with this great team of bankers in this rewarding career.
