Fidelity Bank is looking for a Human Resource Specialist to serve its 350+ Bankers. Headquartered in Scranton, the ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through the Bank’s policies and managing procedures.
An integral part of the Human Resource Department, this person will be responsible for administering a variety of duties, coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; performing duties to support the workflow of the department; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports. A minimum of three (3) years' related experience normally required. Working with an HRIS and payroll system preferred.
