Fidelity Bank is looking for two Business Relationship Specialists to serve clients through Luzerne County, or the Dunmore area of Lackawanna County. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of commercial and business banking through a variety of duties.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations in order to deepen and broaden the relationship.
In this role, you will work with client-facing Bankers to collect, analyze and report various data points pertaining to performance. You will utilize portfolio and client data which may require writing system reports or using existing reports, tracking relationship managers’ actual performance against goals and department key performance indicators; coordinate work within the department, as well as with other departments; respond to inquiries or requests for information; and support relationship managers and their efforts to broaden and deepen client relationships. The ideal candidates will be agile, possess a keen eye for detail, and have a true passion for seeing clients succeed. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in related industries and/or positions is required.
