Fidelity Bank is searching for a Banker Experience Manager to support the Human Resources function. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance the banker’s experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle. This includes banker relations, talent acquisition, banker engagement, and other key human resources activities.
In this position you will be responsible for collaboration with the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement comprehensive banker experience strategies that will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talented individuals to work within our organization. Development and implementation will also be created in this role to enhance banker engagement, satisfaction, productivity, and motivation. Our Banker Experience Manager will manage Talent Acquisition team members and provide direction and coaching to enhance the banker experience. Key metrics analyses will also be implemented and examined to provide feedback data for recommended solutions. Communication with Bankers and Mangers will play an important role to support the employee relations needs, issues and the banker journey.
A bachelor’s degree in business human resources or other related field is preferred, as well as five years of human resources experience within a supervisory role. Human Resources certifications such as Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) are encouraged but not required.
