We have a new and exciting position created in our Information Technology Department – the Business Applications & Reporting Specialist. Fidelity Bank’s strong growth has given us the opportunity to expand our team of professionals in IT and this position has been developed to manage and support the Bank’s computer systems and data application systems. In this role, you will be a part of installing, monitoring and troubleshooting business applications and workflow, providing solutions to the business to enhance operations, writing applicable reports leveraging the skills of programming and data structure and working as the liaison between the engineering team and the help desk to work through projects.

Experience in business processing modeling, workflow, RPA and business intelligence tools desired along with active use of SQL, SharePoint, data analytics, programming/scripting languages, HTML/CSS. At least 5 years of related experience desired.
