Fidelity Bank is searching for a Vendor and Project Management Administrator to work with our Project Manager for the coordination and administration of activities encompassing vendor and project management programs. You will ensure all vendor due diligence documentation is gathered and maintained for bank vendors. Work will be documented into our vendor software as you partner with all business units to ensure that the vendor management program is appropriately maintained. This position will also include enhancing and maintaining policies deemed appropriate for bank functionality and reporting the status of vendors to our Compliance Department. In addition to vendor management work, you will assist our Project Manager on the maintenance of project plans, ensuring proper project documentation and monthly reporting is completed. You will be assisting with the coordination of meetings and projects with business units. This role also provides support to Fidelity Bank’s General Counsel as needed.
A B.S. or B.A. degree in MIS or related field with specialized computer and data training is normally required. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related positions is desired.
