For Jamie, guiding clients through the mortgage or refinancing process isn’t just about finances. It’s about building trust and developing long-term professional relationships. He is committed to providing exceptional customer service to everyone who contacts him, from those who are interested in buying, refinancing, or building a home, to those with general inquiries about lending. He is always ready to go above and beyond to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals.
A graduate of Marywood University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Jamie joined the Fidelity Bank team in 2016 as a Mortgage Underwriter. In this role, he gained valuable experience in client relations, and a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of the mortgage process, including underwriting, closing and post-closing procedures, and essential rules and regulations of the lending industry. He draws upon this knowledge every day as a Mortgage Consultant.
Jamie grew up in the Green Ridge section of Scranton, and is a graduate of Scranton Preparatory High School. He is an active community volunteer, serving as the Vice-President of Development for the Greater Scranton Jaycees, and a member of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Association.
Jamie’s clients are also his neighbors. They trust him to guide them through the mortgage or refinancing process because he is committed to helping them achieve their dreams. If you or someone you know is looking for guidance, call or email him today. He is eager to work with you!
