Adam Bonanno Joins Fidelity Bank as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Dunmore, PA – April 16, 2026 – Daniel J. Santaniello, President and CEO of Fidelity Bank, is pleased to announce that Adam Bonanno has joined Fidelity Bank as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer.

In this role, Bonanno will lead the Bank’s technology strategy and digital infrastructure, with responsibility for enterprise integration, cloud architecture, technology risk management, and vendor governance. He will partner closely with the Bank’s risk and cybersecurity leadership to ensure systems remain secure, resilient, and aligned with Fidelity Bank’s long-term strategic objectives.

Bonanno brings more than 20 years of executive experience leading technology organizations within regulated financial institutions. He has a strong track record of advancing cloud platforms, strengthening controls, and delivering digital capabilities that enhance efficiency and client experience.

“Strong information technology leadership is essential to supporting our bankers, protecting our clients, and driving innovation across the Bank,” said Santaniello. “Adam brings extensive experience in technology strategy and cybersecurity within regulated financial environments, and his leadership will be critical as we continue to strengthen our digital capabilities and infrastructure.”

Bonanno holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. He also completed the CIO Leadership Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management and holds multiple certifications in cybersecurity, project management, and enterprise architecture.
