Meet the Management Team

Adam Bonanno has joined Fidelity Bank as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer.  In this role, he will lead the Bank’s technology strategy and digital infrastructure, with responsibility for enterprise integration, cloud architecture, technology risk management, and vendor governance. He will partner closely with the Bank’s risk and cybersecurity leadership to ensure systems remain secure, resilient, and aligned with Fidelity Bank’s long-term strategic objectives.

Adam brings more than 20 years of executive experience leading technology organizations within regulated financial institutions. He has a strong track record of advancing cloud platforms, strengthening controls, and delivering digital capabilities that enhance efficiency and client experience.
