Meet the Management Team

Michelle Carr serves as Senior Vice President and Retail Banking Director. Michelle offers guidance to managers and branch bankers to ensure that each branch office embodies Fidelity Bank’s retail banking model, making sure each client experiences exemplary service. She oversees an expanded branch network and the Client Care Center. Michelle holds Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees in Business Management, both from the University of Scranton. She resides in Covington Township.
