Meet the Team

With significant experience as a Trust Advisor, Cathy Mihalick, Esq., serves as Fidelity Bank Wealth Management’s Vice President and Trust Officer concentrating on wealth planning.  In this role, Cathy delivers an exceptional client experience in the advice and implementation of estate and investment plans for Fidelity Bank Wealth Management clients and prospects.

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Dickinson College and earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. She also holds the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).  Prior to joining Fidelity Bank Wealth Management, Cathy practiced law at Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald, LLP in the Estates and Tax Department where she engaged in estate planning. 

Cathy is a member of the Pennsylvania and Luzerne County Bar Associations.  She currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Wyoming Valley YMCA, secretary of the NEPA Estate Planning Council and she also serves as the Co-Chair of the Investment Committees for the YMCA and the Luzerne County Bar Association.
