Nicholas Quaresimo Joins Fidelity Bank as Associate Business Relationship Manager

Forks, PA – April 16, 2026 – Daniel J. Santaniello, President and CEO of Fidelity Bank, is pleased to announce that Nicholas Quaresimo has joined the organization as an Associate Business Relationship Manager, serving the Lehigh Valley region.

In his role, Quaresimo partners with business owners to support sustainable growth through tailored banking and lending solutions. Taking a consultative approach, he works closely with clients to understand their unique goals and align financial strategies that will help them succeed.

Quaresimo brings experience across a wide range of business banking services, including working capital solutions, equipment financing, commercial real estate, business acquisitions, and small business lending. He also advises clients on treasury services and cash management solutions designed to enhance operational efficiency and optimize cash flow. In addition, he collaborates with clients on wealth management and retirement planning strategies to support long-term financial goals.

Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, Quaresimo was a business owner, leading multiple companies and gaining firsthand insight into the complexities of running and growing a business. Quaresimo earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from East Stroudsburg University, Class of 2018, and holds a master’s degree in organizational management. He resides in Forks Township.
