Paul Kania Joins Fidelity Bank as Government Banking Relationship Associate
Dunmore, PA – June 18, 2026 – Daniel J. Santaniello, President & Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Bank, announced Paul Kania has joined Fidelity Bank as a Government Banking Relationship Associate, serving the Northeast Region.
In this role, Kania will support a portfolio of municipal, county, school district, and other public sector clients, helping to deliver exceptional service, ensure compliance, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
“Paul’s experience and relationship-focused approach make him a strong addition to our team,” said Santaniello. “His background in account management and banking, combined with his commitment to serving clients and communities, aligns well with our mission and the way we deliver value every day.”
Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, Kania spent two years at another financial institution, most recently serving as Branch Network Associate Interim Manager and Senior Associate Vice President. He also brings four years of experience in account management.
A resident of Moosic, Kania earned a dual bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from Marywood University in 2013, followed by a master’s degree in health service administration from Marywood University in 2015.
Kania shared that joining Fidelity Bank represents a meaningful step in his career. He is drawn to the organization’s focus on cultivating relationships, acting with integrity, and supporting the clients and communities it serves.
Outside of work, Kania enjoys spending time with his family, visiting the beach in the summer, golfing, and following baseball and football.
