What is the new Web Bill Pay?
It’s a next-generation, mobile-first bill payment platform designed to offer a faster, easier, and more intuitive experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
What can I do with the upgraded Web Bill Pay?
You can:
• Add, view, and edit billers
• Make single or multiple payments (multi-payment available on desktop/tablet)
• Activate, view, pay, and manage eBills
• Set up Autopay for eBills and recurring payments
• Add email and manual payment reminders
• View and manage payment activity
• View biller categories
• Create and manage biller groups
• Download activity data in CSV format from multiple accounts
Will I lose any of my current settings or billers?
No. Your billers, payment history, scheduled payments, and Autopay settings will carry over automatically.
Is there help available during the transition?
Yes. You’ll be greeted with welcome screens to guide you through the new experience.
What features are no longer available?
The following features have been retired:
• Option to apply biller updates to pending payments (now automatic)
• Custom biller categories and category filtering
• “File a Bill Reason” option when marking bills as paid
• Ability to turn off logos and icons for billers
