Susan R. Hynds Promoted to AVP, Human Resources Operations Coordinator at Fidelity Bank
Dunmore, PA – June 18, 2026 – Daniel J. Santaniello, President & Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Bank, announced Susan R. Hynds has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Operations Coordinator.
In this role, Hynds will continue to support human resources operations across the organization while advancing Fidelity Bank’s strategic HR initiatives. Her promotion recognizes her strong institutional knowledge, HR expertise, and commitment to enhancing operational effectiveness.

Hynds is known for her client-focused mindset and her ability to build trust-based relationships across the organization. She consistently delivers high-quality service to internal partners and is relied upon for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and discretion when managing sensitive and confidential information.
Prior to her promotion, Hynds served as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Specialist at Fidelity Bank. Earlier in her career, she held roles including Personal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager, and Licensed Financial Sales Consultant.
A resident of Scranton, Hynds earned her degree from Misericordia University, Class of 2010. She also holds a Certificate in Data Analytics, earned in August 2025, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, obtained in June 2020. In 2024, she was recognized as Fidelity Bank’s Outstanding Service Partner.
Hynds is actively involved in the community, serving as Treasurer of the Howard Gardner School Parent Forum and as a committee member and past co-chair of the Marley’s Mission Blue Ribbon Gala.
She is married to her husband, Andrew, and is the proud mother of three children, Sophia, Benny, and Eva. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, golfing, and spending time at the ocean.
