Justin joined Fidelity Bank with extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. In his role as Senior Vice President and Business Banking Manager, he works closely with business owners to understand their unique operational needs and long-term objectives. His expertise includes:

• Commercial Lending: Structuring business loans and lines of credit to support capital expenditures and cash flow management.
• Relationship Management: Serving as a primary point of contact for business clients, ensuring they have access to the full suite of Fidelity Bank’s commercial and retail services.
• Strategic Advising: Providing guidance on financial strategies that help businesses navigate changing market conditions and achieve sustainable growth.

Community Involvement

Following Fidelity Bank’s mission of community-centered service, Justin is an active participant in regional development initiatives. He represents the bank in various philanthropic efforts, notably those supported by the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program, current member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Scranton, and board member of the ARC of Northeastern PA. Justin has been instrumental in facilitating contributions to local educational institutions, including supporting specialized clinical services that benefit children throughout the region.
