Gary J. Missal Joins Fidelity Bank as AVP, Branch Manager

Dunmore, PA – April 16, 2026 – Daniel J. Santaniello, President & Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Bank, announced that Gary J. Missal has joined Fidelity Bank as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the Wyoming branch.

In his new role, Missal will oversee all aspects of branch management for the Wyoming branch, working closely with operations, security, and compliance teams while maintaining a strong focus on employee development. He will also support the continued growth of the branch through deposit and loan growth initiatives and remain actively engaged in the local community.

Missal brings more than 26 years of banking leadership experience to Fidelity Bank. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as Branch Manager at another area bank, where he managed multiple branches in Luzerne County. Throughout his career, he worked closely with branch staff to drive deposit and loan growth and partnered with business bankers on commercial relationships and a full suite of commercial products.

A resident of Dallas, Pennsylvania, Missal is a graduate of Holy Redeemer High School (formerly Bishop Hoban), Class of 1985, and King’s College, Class of 1989, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.

Reflecting on this next chapter, Missal shared that he is excited to join Fidelity Bank and apply his many years of banking experience to further assist clients throughout the community. He noted Fidelity Bank’s strong organization and customer-focused culture and looks forward to working with the Wyoming branch staff and partners across the Bank.

Missal has a long history of community involvement, including previous service as a Pittston Chamber Board Member, participation with the Forty Fort Lions, and volunteering with several food bank organizations, Habitat for Humanity, community walks, and local golf tournaments.

Born and raised in Hanover Township, Missal now resides in the Back Mountain with his wife, Maureen, of 34 years. He is the proud father of two daughters and a devoted grandfather to a 21-month-old grandson. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing with friends, motorcycle rides, hiking, and walking the Back Mountain trails with his wife.
