Offer valid for new personal checking account clients only; offer is not valid for existing personal checking account holders. $100 will be earned when a new checking account is opened and recurring electronic direct deposit credits of $1,500 per month are received for a minimum three (3) consecutive months, forty-five (45) point-of-sale debit card transactions are completed in three (3) consecutive months, and the account is enrolled in online banking and EZ statements. Offer for new and existing business checking account holders; existing business checking account holders only eligible for Merchant Service bonus. $450.00 will be earned when a new primary business checking account is opened and maintains a daily balance of $10,000.00 or more during each of the initial three (3) months and signing up for online banking and EZ statements. Earn an additional $50 if you open the new business checking account online. Receive up to a $300.00 credit for new or existing business clients adding Merchant Services. To receive the credit, the client must have or open a Fidelity Bank Business Checking Account and process credit card transactions for 45 days. The amount of credit provided to the client will be based on the dollar amount of credit card sales processed in the first 45 days of activation, as follows: $100.00 for credit card sales of $1,000.00 – $5,000.00 processed; $200.00 for credit card sales of $5,000.01 – $10,000.00 processed; or $300.00 for credit card sales of over $10,000.00 processed. The Merchant Services credit will be made to the business checking account within 30 days after the 45th day of processing. Eligible clients will receive the account cash reward bonus deposited into their Fidelity Bank checking account on the first (1st) business day after one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from account opening. Requirements must be satisfied within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of account opening.
This section applies to all bonuses listed in this disclosure. The cash bonus will be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC. The value of the bonus may constitute taxable income to you; please consult your tax advisor. Minimum deposit to open and minimum balance requirements for your account are provided at account opening. Clients may only receive one new account opening-related bonus per calendar year.
