All new Personal Bankers receive several weeks of hands-on training before working with clients. Ongoing professional development includes leadership training, conferences, empowerment programs, and job-specific certifications.
Mentorship is also key. New hires are paired with mentors who guide them through training. And there’s informal mentoring too — coaching that happens organically, person to person.
Fidelity trains mentors and includes their efforts in performance reviews — because helping others succeed is part of our culture.
