HVAC/MEP Maintenance Worker

Fidelity Bank is looking for a Maintenance Worker with HVAC/MEP experience!  In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of the HVAC/MEP systems throughout the offices, maintenance of heating/cooling systems, pumps, drives, electrical, plumbing and related work. Duties also include supporting the maintenance function including keeping equipment and fixtures within the buildings in good working order, completing exterior grounds work, coordinating work within the department and throughout the bank offices, performing preventative maintenance and startup and shutdown of all assets.

The ideal candidate will have five years’ experience working and troubleshooting HVAC/MEP systems, general maintenance experience, the ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs. and a valid driver’s license.
