Fidelity Bank is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to serve clients in Lackawanna County. This position is an integral part of the retail banking division.
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in various aspects of sales and operations. Above all, it will be your responsibility to help clients achieve their financial goals while providing an exceptional client experience. You will not only fulfill transactional requests, but guide clients toward financial solutions that fit their lifestyle. This person must be adept at technology, friendly and approachable and quick on their feet. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in customer service, banking, business or finance preferred; supervisory and/or banking experience a plus.
An Assistant Branch manager is the part of the leadership team of the branch, and is responsible for leading and directing the bankers to meet their sales and service goals.
