Security and safety are top priorities in banking. Starting September 9, 2025, we’re introducing a new login security feature to give you stronger protection while keeping your banking experience simple and seamless.
Beginning on this date, you’ll be prompted to set up SecureNow and verify your identity using a One-Time Password (OTP). Don’t worry—you won’t need to enter an OTP every time you log in. It will only be required if we detect unusual activity on your account.

SecureNow is Fidelity Bank’s enhanced security platform designed for Consumer Online Banking and Mobile Banking App users. This platform leverages intelligent risk assessment tools to monitor login activity and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
SecureNow safeguards your account by monitoring for unusual login activity. If suspicious behavior is detected, you will be asked to verify your identity with a one-time passcode sent via text message or voice call.
Your current username and password will not change and continue to work after the SecureNow upgrade.
When you log in to Fidelity Bank Online Banking or the Fidelity Bank Mobile App, you’ll be prompted to enroll by entering your mobile phone number. This will be the number used to receive your secure one-time passcode (OTP) for future banking sessions.
Yes, this new security process will replace your challenge questions when logging into Fidelity Bank Online Banking or the Fidelity Bank Mobile App.
Yes. You can opt to receive the one-time passcode either as a text message* or a voice call. If you choose a voice call, you can select from the phone numbers that Fidelity Bank already has on file for you. *Msg. & Data rates may apply.
After you select your preferred delivery method, you’ll receive a one-time passcode at that number the next time you log in. Enter this code during your banking session to complete verification.
New Fidelity Bank clients will initially receive an email to set up their one-time passcode. However, after opting into SecureNow, verification via email is no longer available, authentication will be done via text message or by voice phone call.
No, SecureNow uses artificial intelligence and detects your normal login behavior. Verification codes will be intermittent during normal login behaviors. When logins outside of your normal login behavior occur, you will receive additional prompting. You may also receive prompts for a verification code if you upgrade your device (but keep the same phone number).
Your caller ID will show the call coming from 678-498-2706. We recommend you add this telephone number to your contacts in your phone, so you recognize the caller ID when you receive verification calls.
These text messages come from 36397. The verification text messages will read as: “FDLTY BNK: This is a verification code you have requested: [XXXXXX]. Please call 800-388-4380 for help. Reply STOP to Opt Out. Msg&Data rates may apply.”Each text message will provide a unique six-digit numerical code.
