The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be required to build, maintain, and execute on the digital marketing strategy for PPC campaigns, SEO, marketing automation tools, social media, and other digital delivery channels. This position is responsible for driving digital engagement through various means and contributing to digital product and services sales.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the rest of the Marketing and Digital Sales team to ensure proper execution that delivers on strategy across multiple digital channels. You may take part in the planning and creation, and will be responsible for deployment of the following: Lead generation and demand generation strategies using tools including but not limited to organic and paid search (SEO/SEM/PPC), marketing automation, display retargeting, journey mapping
Manage the day-to-day workflow of multi-channel digital initiatives including the strategy development, content creation, and execution to fulfill specific bank goals
Leverage multiple marketing automation platforms using data to drive engagement by planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting of campaign (similar to Constant Contact, HubSpot, Pardot)
Use data driven analysis to formulate “right time” client offers
Create repurposing strategy to align messaging with different communication channels
Develop, create, and manage written and visual content, to inform, teach, engage, sell, and build awareness.
Drive digital accounts and the opening of digital banking tools
Measure the effectiveness of all digital initiatives using multiple platforms including Google Analytics
3 – 5 years of marketing experience
BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or equivalent
Specialized certification helpful, such as in Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, SEO/SEM, etc.
Excellent writing skills
Experience with content creation to drive engagement
Graphic design ability helpful
All marketing automation creation, execution, reporting (Documatix, Micronotes)
Content creation for all digital channels, repurposing, repositioning, and reframing if necessary
Journey mapping for experience gaps
Use data to create right time marketing initiatives, keeping all up-to-date and current
Work with creative team to make sure messages and promotions align through social and website channels
Develop and program outdoor electronic boards with guidance from Visual Creative Experience officer
Manage Terafina communication and delivery process (not operational processes)
All digital reporting
